"At 1,600 passengers per train, the MRT pasenger density will translate to about 4.9 passengers per square metre, which is significantly lower than the actual loading density of 7.0 passengers per square metre experienced on the Tokyo metro."

You took 7.0 - an unacceptable rate, to show how comfortable we should be. We are not.
Third, we enjoy warm weather all year round; Japan only suffers it for 1 season.
