Not to mention that if you actually call back using the phone to the number stated in the SMS... you'll most likely be greeting with a recorded message something along the line of "Sorry, the system is experiencing a huge number of calls right now. Please call back later. Goodbye! [click!]". 15 minutes later, same thing.
