Without making it too obvious, this is a complaint against someone who can do something himself but chose to ask me to do it. It's not lazy; it's not delegation. It's kiasi.

i feel that sometime even if we are delegated to do something but we are not the best person to do it, should still mention that we get the best person to do it...
There's a project and they modified a user exit which screwed up production data. Key user complained to big boss and they got into hot soup.
Later, they need to make changes to a user exit that I have amended before. They asked me to change it for them and supplied me the *exact* code to change - I didn't even have to use my brain.
Of course, to be fair, I am more familiar with the codes.
