SINGAPORE: Singapore confirmed its sixth H1N1-related death on Sunday.

The 29-year-old woman is the first H1N1 patient in Singapore to be admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) without underlying medical conditions, apart from being overweight.

The Health Ministry said she died Sunday morning from pneumonia with renal failure, with H1N1 infection as a contributing factor.
